Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure the date and services for the client. We encourage clients to carefully consider their plans before making a deposit. If a client needs to reschedule their event, we may allow for a one-time transfer of the deposit to a new date, provided it falls within the same calendar year and is subject to availability.
